Our cheer season starts during the summer with workouts and lasts through April. It takes alot of responsibility, dedication, sacrifice and determination. During the summer months we work on individual skills (jumps, motions, tumbling, strength, stamina) in order to prepare ourselves for the team aspects of the routines (dance, stunts and tosses). We usually attend 5 or 6 competitions in the KC Metro area and our local JamFest in Topeka.

Also, Congratulations to Kierra on her Individual performance which earned her 2nd place out of 5. Great Job Kiki!
The cheer season is closing in on us with only two competitions left. Cheersport on March 7th in Independence and COA Mid-America Nationals(with Coach Heath's hair on the line for a top 3 finish!) on March 27th & 28th. Continued Success!
