 Cheernastics- Ages 3-5 and 5-7               Prerequisites: None

          30 min of cheer followed by 30 min of beginning gymnastics. Intended as an intro class to transition into a full class of cheer or gymnastics.

Cost: $110/9 weeks                      Length: 60 minutes

 
Cheer & Tumbling- Ages 8-11                           Prerequisites: None

          Students will learn jumps, cheers, chants, basic stunts and cheer tumbling. Great intro to basic cheerleading.

Cost: $110/9 weeks                      Length: 50 minutes

 Tumbling Class- Ages 8-11  & 12+                      Prerequisites: None

          Students will work primarily on drills and stations to improve or learn their backhandspring.  This class is designed for athlete's trying out for middle school or high school cheer.

Cost: $110/9 weeks                      Length: 50 minutes
