Ballet & Gymnastics       3-5 yrs old & 5-7 yrs old

Students will receive 1/2 hour of gymnastics instruction and 1/2 hour of ballet instruction during each class.  Very basic gymnastics skills are taught on the bars, balance beam and floor.  Early fundamentals of ballet are introduced such as the five positions of the feet and arms and introductory steps.

Flip Hop                          5-7 yrs old

This class includes 1/2 hour of gymnastics instruction and 1/2 hour of hip hop dance instruction.  Basic gymnastics skills are taught on the bars, balance beam and floor.  Simple dance steps will also be introduced and practiced.  No experience necessary.

Cheernastics     2.5 - 4yr olds, 3-5 yr olds or 5-7 yr olds       
     This class is 30 minutes of cheer and 30 minutes of gymnastics.  It is designed as an introductory class to give students a taste of both sports so they can decide which one they like best and continue on to a full class of either cheer or gymnastics.
